I agree 100% with your list on the guys to kick (warn first and tell them what's waiting them pretty soon if that doesnt change maybe?)

About the others, hawok is building a team i think, about starfire it'sbeen a long time i havent heard of him.
Vers, we should ask him what he wanna do.

Well, i agree. but in my opinion. lets get a list of users.
and warn them already. also make a topic about it (without names in it)
and let the all community know about that.

I can talk to Starfire.
Churroz is very inactive. And I think he should go. No doubt.

And those other Bolded managers are also in a thin line to stay in mode. Should we talk to them?

Styleh, i dunno if talking to someone in private is fair regarding the others.

I think we should let it be known (started alrdy in the forum by wzkxu) that managers will be kicked (not cuz we hate them but cuz of low activity) if they don't increase their activity.
As said, we shouldnt publish any names.
However, we should warn them by mail, and ask them if they're willing to raise their activity.

If they tell us they won't, then they can do a goodbye topic and leave the community by themselves, because i dont really want to kick someone just like that.
It has got to be agreed on both side that they should leave.

As for the -?- one, let's see their reaction regarding the steps we have taken, and then decide to put them in bold or not, and repeat what we did with the first bolded ones.

I think that now we have a private forum, we should also draft some news together, and publish more on our com pres.
If we want our guys to raise their activity, we gotta be the ones to show some first hand!

You're right Ivayim. It's not fair. But I've heard rumors about Churroz that he is a tactic stealer and very silence. I heard it from the Pure leader, holt. He told me that few days after when Churroz joined mode, but I diddnt belive him so much, but I have had an eye on churroz after that and I cant see much of activity from him at all. Looks like he have a point there.

I've never seen him active either tbh.
But that's not a reason why we should contact someone separatly.
All should receive the same mail, and then we should treat everyone of them on their own.
I've never felt churroz as a part of mode, simply because he's never been active, never did anything at all.

While the others, most of them have been part of the family, but simply went somewhere else.
I've myself been pretty inactive lately, but since i'm getting back on the top, i feel like investing myself again in the game.

To push the activity, we should push our guys to participate in tournments and so on, so they have a reason to work on their tacs, on their teams, on their activity.

But underlining the inactivity and pushing the activity isnt all, we must all stress out the people that have been active, with awards or w/e.
But it is a must that the people who have been working hard MUST have some kind of reconnaissance.

Be it with a news praising them, or a little .jpg award thingie, w/e ^^

we should mail everyone that at the end of the season some changes will be made... and the activity is the main criteria. So they can understand that if they are inactive they must leave.

As you know, we're currently refreshing the community.
You're one of those we believe isn't active enough, unfortunately, that means you'll have to leave the community.
We won't kick you ourselves, because that seem pointless, you may open a topic on our forums to say goodbye, and then to leave on your own.

If you get back active in the game, you'll be warmly welcomed back in the community.
We're very sorry of the decision, but we have to do that to bring back mode to the top as it was before.

We wish you the very best of luck in the future, and hope that someday, you'll get back active again in this game to see you again in Mode,

if not even the admins are active ? what can be done ? NOTHING. Is it that hard to post a list and a text ...

ffs.. we should've cleaned up today but what can we do when our admins dont take 5 mins to do a list...
